BREEAM is the world’s leading science-based suite of validation and certification systems for sustainable built environment. It proofs the implemented building solutions and material standards used are sustainable and eco friendly. This may include the following elements: the structure, building envelope, core building systems, including building servicing strategy and installations (such as HVAC) or plant support for installation of such systems and fit-out of common areas.
The Focus Park shopping center conducts wide-ranging pro-ecological activities:
- 2016 and 2017 – almost all ecological light sources and LED solutions were replaced. Currently, it accounts for one 90% of all lighting
- 2019 – replaceable lighting fixtures on the 3rd level of parking are replaced, additional equipment in use with additional equipment
- 2018 – modify the facility’s equipment in use, which made it possible to sell its installations by 15% in 2018
- 2018 – improved the facility system modification into process heat, which in 2018 gave it a 23% installation site
- 2019 – the Focus Park center received the BREEAM In-Use Certificate with an Excellent result. This means that the building is energy-friendly and environmentally friendly in the cities of the city
- 2020 – procedure procedures are implemented
- 2020 and 2021 – circulating pump installations were retrofitted in order to achieve energy consumption
- 2021 – an installation was made to make the water surface, which is located in the watering greenery on the site
- 2021 – 2022 water pump and repair process pumps 2022 were retrofitted with technological pumps
- 2022 – air quality sensors are launched in all air handling units. This allows you to optimize the installation method and the set of quality technologies
- 2022 – 4 re-adaptations of the premises solution and Outhorn implementing all subsequent solutions with the Bree policy
- 2022 – worn and leaky aluminum joinery was replaced in the construction of the facility. New solutions with better quality parameters were applied, eliminating significant heat losses at the same time limiting limitations, which is extremely important in the period prevailing in the energy economy
- 2022 – the facility has been treated for new, more improved conditions. The center has again received the BREEAM In-Use certificate with an Excellent result, which means that the building is energy-efficient and friendly to the environment, employees, customers and local residents
